Bus Rental Direct is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent charter bus companies ("Operators"). We provide lead-generation, quoting, and messaging tools.
Bus Rental Direct is NOT a motor carrier, broker, travel agency, or transportation provider. We do not own, operate, or control any buses, and we are not a party to any transportation agreement.
When you submit a request, it is shared with the Operators you selected. Quotes are provided directly by Operators, not by Bus Rental Direct. We do not set, control, or guarantee Operator pricing.
All bookings, contracts, payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly between you and the Operator, offline and outside the platform. We do not collect deposits or process transportation payments.
We do not guarantee that any Operator will respond, that quotes will be accurate, or that transportation will be fulfilled. We do not provide backup vehicles or fulfillment guarantees.
Operators are independent businesses solely responsible for their services, vehicles, drivers, licensing, permits, insurance, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and compliance with ADA and applicable federal, state, and cross-state regulations.
Verification badges indicate only that an Operator completed our verification steps; they are not a guarantee of service quality, safety, or legal compliance. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before booking.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent requests, scrape content, or harass other users.
User-generated content (questions, answers, reviews) must be lawful and accurate. We may remove content that violates these terms. You grant us a license to display your submitted content on the platform.
Operators purchase credits to unlock customer leads. Credits are consumed when a lead is unlocked and are non-refundable except as required by law. Lead details remain valid once unlocked; the platform is not responsible for a customer's decision not to book.
Operators must hold all required operating authority, insurance, and licenses, and must accurately represent their vehicles and services.
Event listings are sourced from third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Meetup) for informational purposes. Event details belong to their respective organizers; we do not organize or endorse listed events. To report an issue or request removal, contact support@busrentaldirect.com.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUS RENTAL DIRECT IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTIONS, VEHICLES, DRIVERS, PRICING, OR SERVICES OF ANY OPERATOR, NOR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRANSPORTATION ARRANGED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability for platform-related claims is limited to the amount you paid us (which is $0 for customers) or $100, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes between you and an Operator are solely between you and that Operator.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
