Charter Bus to Pullen Park

Pullen Park (1887) runs rides older than most theme parks — a hand-carved 1911 Dentzel carousel, a miniature C.P. Huntington train looping the park and pedal boats on the lake. Tickets are $2 per ride; playgrounds, picnic shelters and the aquatics center fill the rest. It's the easy kid-stop next to NC State's campus.
