Charter Bus to Dayton Aviation Heritage NHP

Before Kitty Hawk there was this West Dayton storefront — the Wright brothers' cycle shop (one of only two standing) is preserved as an NPS site alongside their print shop and the parachute museum. Rangers tell how bicycle mechanics taught themselves to fly; Huffman Prairie, where they actually perfected the Flyer, is a second site 8 miles east on the base.

16 S Williams St, Dayton, OH 45402 Wright Brothers history — their print shop and the fourth Wright bicycle shop.
